The Office of Planning & Zoning is
responsible for the administration and enforcement of all provisions of the City
Zoning Ordinance. All permits for excavation, construction, moving or
alteration, or changes in type of occupancy must be reviewed and released by
this office before construction, alterations, relocation, or change of use.
Review and process of all permit applications for all building structures,
including fences and swimming pools, are initiated through the Office of Planning
& Zoning with follow-up of required inspections and final release for use or occupancy.

Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. We will be happy to
