R- Residential

A - 70' Center of Pavement

B - 12' Side Yard

C - 12' Rear yard

Minimum Lot Size:  9600 Square Feet

Road Frontage:  60'

R-1 Residential

A - 50' from road right-of-way line

B - 15' Side Yard

C - 25' Rear Yard

Minimum Lot Size:  12,000 Square Feet

Road Frontage:  75' could be reduced to 60' depending on # of lots

R-2 Residential

A - 50' from road right-of-way line

B - 15' Side Yard

C - 50' Rear Yard

Minimum Lot Size:  20,000 Square Feet

Road Frontage:  100' could be reduced to 80' depending on # of lots

R-3 Two-Family Residential

A - 50' from road right-of-way line

B - 15' Side Yard

C - 15' Rear Yard

Minimum Lot Size:  12,000 Square Feet

(Minimum width 120 feet)

R-4 Multi-Family Residential

A - 50' from road right-of-way line

B - 15' Side Yard

C - 15' Rear Yard

If applicable, minimum distance between multiple R-4 buildings is 30 feet.

Minimum Lot Size:  7,000 Square Feet per first floor dwelling unit.

Minimum Lot Width:  100 feet on a public roadway.
