Nancy Rogers serves the City of Charlestown as Deputy Clerk Treasurer of Records. As the city’s records keeper, Rogers has numerous responsibilities, including:

• Preparation of all assets – including estimated costs, historical values and replacement costs – in compliance with State Board of Accounts guidelines;

• Recording of all city contracts, litigation, bonds, certificates of deposit, minutes, ordinances and resolutions;

• Recording title, plate and purchase-order numbers for repairs on all city vehicles;

• Preparing insurance add-ons, deletions, renewals and claims.

Rogers also coordinates and assists with Charlestown Beautification Committee projects and events, such as Founder’s Day. Rogers holds an associate’s degree in business operations. She lives in Charlestown with her husband, Jim, and one granddaughter, Brittany. She has two children and two granddaughters.
