Robin Hebner has worked as a clerk in the Charlestown Water Department since 2000. Hebner is responsible for billing and collecting payments from water, wastewater and sanitation customers.

Hebner is a native of the City of Charlestown. She lives in the city with her husband, Jason, her stepson and two daughters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dorthea Nickles has worked as a clerk in the Charlestown Water Department since August of 2009. Nickles is responsible for billing and collecting payments from water, wastewater and sanitation customers.

Nickles also serves as the city’s court clerk. She has lived in Charlestown since 1991 with her husband, Chris. She has one son.
