Mr. Scott McKechnie is in his first term as Councilman for the 3rd District (2008-2011).  He has been married to Sissy for two years.  They have three sons between them, Ron, Tom and James.  They are proud grandparents of three.  Scott is an electrician for Major Electric where he has been employed for 15 years.  Scott looks forward to moving Charlestown in a positive direction at the present and for the future.
