Ruth Ann Rawlings
Ms. Ruth Ann Rawlings is in her first term as Councilperson for the 4th District (2012-2015). A lifelong resident of Charlestown, Ms. Rawlings is a graduate of Charlestown High School and Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Now retired, Ruth Ann worked in administrative and consulting positions for home health and hospice companies. She enjoys her 3 children, 3 stepchildren and 7 grandchildren. Ruth Ann is “looking forward to providing respectful, responsive representation to the citizens of Charlestown.”
