Geri Heal has served as the mayor’s receptionist since January, 2008. Heal greets all visitors to the mayor’s office, fields all incoming phone calls and directs them to the appropriate recipient. Heal responds to requests for information, and ensures that all questions are answered in a timely, accurate fashion.

Heal is an Otisco native and has resided in Charlestown since 1971. She has two sons and a daughter. Both of her sons and one of her grandsons serve on the Charlestown Fire Department.
